Simple, step-by-step help for creating your profile, browsing profiles, messaging, managing your account, staying safe, and understanding membership benefits.
Getting startedThe quickest route from a new account to a complete profile.
- Create your account or log in.
- Complete the basic information for your profile.
- Add a clear main photo and any additional photos your plan allows.
- Review your privacy and contact preferences in My Account.
- Start browsing profiles and use the inbox when you are ready to connect.
Create and manage your profileAdd, edit, renew, hide, or remove your profile.
- Open “Post” or “Create Profile” from the menu.
- Fill in the required fields. Optional details help other members understand what you are offering or looking for.
- Upload your main photo first, then add more photos or a short video if your plan allows it.
- Preview your information and submit it.
- Use “My Profiles” later to edit, renew, hide, or remove it.
Good to know: Required fields and upload limits are set by this website and can differ by membership plan.
Photos and profile mediaUpload, reorder, crop, and understand media limits.
- Open the edit screen for your profile.
- Choose Add Photo, Gallery, Camera, or Video when those options are available.
- Select the strongest image as the main card image and adjust its crop or focus if offered.
- Save your changes before leaving the page.
The number and size of uploads allowed can depend on your current plan. Verification selfies are handled separately from normal gallery photos.
Browse, search, and filtersFind the profiles that match what matters to you.
- Open Browse from the menu.
- Type a name, detail, keyword, or location into search.
- Open Filters to narrow the results.
- Tap or click a result to open the full details.
- Use Clear or remove individual filter chips to return to the full result set.
Save and remove saved profilesKeep interesting results together and remove them whenever you like.
- Open a profile that you want to remember.
- Choose Save or the bookmark/star action.
- Open Saved from the account menu to see everything you saved.
- Choose Remove or Save again to take an item out of your saved list.
Use the inbox and send messagesStart conversations, reply, and share allowed media safely.
- Open a profile and choose Message, or open Inbox from the menu.
- Select a conversation to read the full thread.
- Write your reply and press Send.
- Use Gallery, Camera, or Video when your plan includes message attachments.
- Respect contact preferences. A member may limit who can message them.
Message media allowances are counted from one sender to one recipient across the site’s rolling time window. Starting another reply does not create a fresh allowance.
Send and receive TapsUse a quick sign of interest without writing a full message.
- Open a profile or use the quick Tap action shown on supported profile cards.
- Press Tap once to send a lightweight sign of interest.
- Check the inbox for tap notifications you receive.
- Wait for the site’s tap cooldown before tapping the same person again.
A tap is not a full message. It is a quick way to say hello before starting a conversation.
What My Account controls doManage privacy, visibility, notifications, plans, security, and account data.
- Open My Account from the dropdown or mobile menu.
- Review your profile details, visibility, notifications, privacy, contact rules, plan, and security options.
- Save each section after making changes.
- Use Hide or Pause when you want to disappear from public browsing without immediately deleting the account.
- Use Download Your Data before deleting your account if you want a personal copy.
Profile verificationSubmit a current mobile selfie and understand the review process.
- Open My Account on a mobile phone.
- Choose Get Verified and allow the camera when asked.
- Take a clear, current selfie. The site stamps the submission date and time on the image.
- Submit it for review.
- Return to the verification area to see whether it is pending, approved, rejected, or needs to be resubmitted.
Verification helps members understand that a profile has completed the site’s selfie review. It is not a guarantee of identity, compatibility, or safety.

Privacy, blocking, reporting, and safetyUse the built-in controls and make careful choices when connecting.
- Use contact preferences to control who may message you.
- Use Block when you no longer want ordinary contact from another member.
- Use Report when content or behavior may break the site rules.
- Do not send money, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive documents to someone you have only met online.
- Use the site’s official support profile or support page when you need staff help.
Private photos: Timed viewing and screenshot deterrence can reduce casual saving, but no website can guarantee that an image cannot be captured by another device or method.
Hide, pause, or remove your profileKnow the difference between a temporary break and permanent deletion.
- Open My Profiles from the menu.
- Choose the profile that you want to change.
- Choose Edit to make changes, Hide or Pause to remove it from public browsing, or Delete to remove it permanently.
- Read the confirmation carefully before deleting.
Deleting is permanent. Hiding or pausing is the safer choice when you may want to return later.
